  1. This is a program you can use to replace the Solitaire program on someone's
  2. PC.  When run, it says "I'm busy now, try again in about 10 minutes."  If you
  3. run it again, it says "I'm busy now, try again in about 9 minutes and 45
  4. seconds." (or however long it was before they tried again).  After the 10
  5. minutes have gone by, running the program starts the whole thing over.

  7. This was programmed for me by a friend using Visual Basic.  You'll need the
  8. Visual Basic runtime library VBRUN100.DLL (easily found on most BBSs) to run
  9. it.
